The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and two doubles all serviced by two bathrooms and a shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a patio with hot tub. Within 7.6 miles there is a shop and pub. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Two dogs are welcome but must remain downstairs. Note: There are lots of internal steps, please take care. Note: The property is accessed by a farm track.

Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. An ideal location for touring all of North and Mid Wales including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with the six-mile long Harlech Beach, overlooked by its majestic medieval castle.
