The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher, a living/dining room with an open fire and a TV, a conservatory and a shared external utility with a freezer and washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twins and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a private front garden with lawn and furniture and access to shared lawned garden. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Crowrach Cottage is homely base for an escape to the Wales. Note: Linen is not provided for the travel cot. Note: One of the twin bedrooms is accessed via a staircase leading from the kitchen and there is no door in-between. Note: The washing machine and freezer are located in the shared external utility.

The charming harbour village of Abersoch is idyllically positioned on the Llyn Peninsula and is renowned for its stunning scenery and varied walking. Located between two beautiful bays, the village hosts regular sailing regattas, whilst tourists can find many shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes. There is a golf course just outside the village and horse riding facilities nearby. Watersports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, water skiing, dinghy sailing, and the world-famous surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell's Mouth).
