The single-storey house hosts three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire. Outside there is private parking for several cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Cae Berllan is a lovely dwelling for a family gathering to Wales.

Resting on the Llyn Peninsula is the delightful coastal village of Llanbedrog. The village is known for its easy links to nearby towns and villages as well as the spectacular Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Llanbedrog hosts two pubs, both of which serve delicious pub grub, along with a handy shop, a beautiful beach making it the ideal base for exploring, or staying local and savouring a peaceful break to the coast.
