The Flat at Brwyn exceeded our expectations.. The owners were lovely, friendly people who made us feel very welcome. The flat is spacious, exceptionally clean, lovely bedding and towels etc. There was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen and chocolates in the bedroom, what a lovely welcome! We had our own keys to both the entrance and the rear conservatory. We were able to park right up to the doors or round the back, there ismplenty of parking should visitors have two vehicles. The flat is warm and cosy with all round double-glazing and so quiet you can literally hear a pin drop especially at night. You approach thr property via a bridle path off the road, just a couple of hundred yards up this path there are a few bungalows and houses on the right hand side. The directions we were given were perfect. We spoke to the gentleman owner most days as he was often in the garden, the weather was really nice, and the surroundings are so peaceful and adjacent to the Holywell Golf course. We cannot recommend this flat enough, it is more like a bungalow than a flat really. The settees and chairs are very clean and comfortable, the tv reception and wi-fi are good too. There is a mini library of various books in the sunny conservatory with comfy chairs and settees with views over the garden. So if you want somewhere different from the lounge, the conservatory is ideal. We found the location for exploring North Wales just perfect for us. You are not far from the A55 which is a great road for getting to places like Chester, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Conwy, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. We found driving in the area to be very easy and there are some lovely views of both sea and mountains. We would like to thank the owners once more for their kindness and friendliness which really made us feel welcome. If we visit the area again we would have no hesitation in staying at The Flat at Brwyn.
