This historic settlement, which goes back to the eighth century and is located in the stunning Vale of Clwyd, is well-known for the spectacular Edward I.-built moated castle ruins that still stand today. Visit the adjacent North Wales beaches, stroll down the famed promenade in Victorian Llandudno, or explore Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, or the charming Betws-y-Coed, the entrance to Snowdonia.
