Inside you will also find a first floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, sitting room with electric fire, and a games room/utility. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and roadside parking, and an enclosed patio with furniture. Located in a lovely setting with beaches close by, Westpoint is a spacious cottage in a desirable part of Wales.

Area
The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno has a grand promenade, two beaches, and a good selection of shops, pubs and eateries. For views over the town and coast, head up the Great Orme using the tramway or cable car. The rest of the north Wales coast is easily accessible, as are the delights of Snowdonia, and the villages of Anglesey. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast too.
