Gwylanedd One is a delightful duplex apartment set next to the owner's home, with upside down accommodation, offering beautiful views towards the sea in the resort of Llanfairfechan, North Wales. With two ground floor bedrooms including a king-size double and a twin, the property can sleep four people. On the first floor, at entrance level, you'll find the living area with kitchen with dining area and separate sitting room. Smart TV and Wifi. From the sitting room is a small side balcony with bistro set for two people and views towards the beach. Outside, there's also two off road parking spaces and amenities very close by. Gwylanedd One offers friends and families a fantastic base for your seaside getaway. Note: The apartment is accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and so may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Maximum occupancy is 4 including infants.

Llanfairfechan is renowned for its miles of sandy beach, and walks to suit all ages and abilities, including the famous Terrace Walk providing stunning views over the Conwy Estuary, Puffin Island and Anglesey. Llanfairfechan is a perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, enjoying Victorian Llandudno or taking in the wonderful scenery on the doorstep.

This is one of the best appointed self-catering apartments we have stayed in.. Jean has gone over and above to provide everything one could need for a fabulous holiday. The location is a dream and the ever changing views kept us sitting in the window far longer than we should have. Jean is a mine of information and she really helped us to get the most from our stay. We enjoued it so much we will be back - very rare that we visit the same place twice so maybe that tells you how good we thought it was.

Fabulous apartment! This apartment was fantastic for two couples or families. It was large and the facilities were excellent. The owners left a lovely welcome pack and the towels and bedding were top notch. The location allowed us to watch some awesome sunsets over the bay.

Llanfairfechan is a small friendly and safe destination for small children with a wide area of traffic free promenade, duck-pond, broad park, paddling pool, playground and beach close to hand.. The property is located with great sea views and is warm and well appointed.

Lovely place.. The apartment had every thing we could need for cooking. There was tea bags coffee milk cake ext to greet us on arrived loads of towels in the bath room comfortable beds lots of storage. We had a lovely time there. Welcomed by the owner and shown around to make us feel at home. We were a party of 4 adults and stayed 2 weeks.

This was a lovely property and the only reason I would not book it again is that it was a four person flat.. As a couple we would probably have been more suited to the next door smaller flat. The flat and the property itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen was perfect as was the bathroom, with plenty of towels. The utility/drying room was great for putting luggage/boots/shoes and coats neatly away instead of cluttering up the living areas. Overall, we were very impressed with the property and the lovely seafront location.

The location is perfect; being safe, near to a large grassed area, a pedestrianised area, playgrounds and a skate board park. The apartment itself is very warm and cosy with all our needs met and even on rainy mornings the view from the lounge windows held interest. A great holiday home all together!
