Breve Rest is a modern detached bungalow in a quiet location on the outskirts of Abergele in North Wales. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms - one double with basin and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and Doc M mobility fittings, and one single with a connecting TV/dressing room. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with utility room, a sitting room with dining area, a reading room with patio doors and a detached sun room. Outside is off road parking for five cars or a watercraft, along with a front and enclosed rear garden with locking gate, patio, lawn, furniture and a BBQ. With sandy beaches and a golf course nearby, Breve Rest is a great base for a seaside break. Note:This property is not suitable for children under 5 years (this includes infants). Please note this property has a pre-authorised good house keeping bond of £100. Abergele is a seaside town on the North Wales coastline, positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the Conwy Valley. Visit the impressive Gwych Castle and the lovely sandy beach, and enjoy the excellent watersports facilities and coastal cycle path. The Clwydian Hill Range, Victorian Llandudno and numerous castles are all within easy reach.

This is not so much a cottage, more a large bungalow.. A real home from home. One thing you did not mention which would be helpful is the provision for mobility problems. Grab handles on doors and in the bathrooms. Tv with Netflix, very useful in these days when DVDs have been removed. The owners are so helpful and make phone calls to check we don't have any problems. Highly recommended.

Accommodation was perfect.. Home from home, clean, warm and everything was provided to an high standard. Welcome pack of wine, chocolates,tea, coffee and sugar was a nice gesture. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful position, close to local shops and within an hours drive of all the main attractions that mid and north wales has to offer. We were kept informed by Chris, the owner, at all stages and were welcomed into the accommodation by Pat who had done a fantastic job of getting the accommodation ready for us. Overall 10 out of 10.

Fantastic holiday.. Everything we needed was in the bungalow. Regular buses run from the end of the estate just a 5 minute walk away. The beach only 20 min walk away.

This bungalow is large and good really outside.. It spacious inside 2 good bathrooms. Parking for about 4 cars. Heating works very well just turn up thermostat.our bed was comfortable.wi fi works well.tv in lounge was good.their was tv,s in both bedrooms Kitchen had all you would expect good cooker and large fridge freezer and dish washer And microwave.tesco,s was just up the road easy to get to Llandudno conwy rhyl ECT The best holiday home we have ever rented

Too many information sheets dotted around the property.. Feel it would be better if they were all placed in one information folder. Bath sheets would have been nicer rather than smaller bath towels. This said the bungalow was warm and welcoming.

Every thing possible to make Breve Rest a home from home was provided by the owner.. There were so many extra little touches in this delightful bungalow and everywhere was spotless.The welcome gifts of wine and chocolates were really appreciated.Our first visit to this property but certainly not the last!

The cottage had a homely appearance. All in all the two week's holiday was all we expected it to be. The bungalow is in an excellent location in the quiet town of Abergele, ideal for exploring the north Wales coast and inland.. We were welcomed by Pat which was a nice touch as often you just pick up a key. The facilities were good and it was lovely and warm, perfect for my elderly father.

It was the perfect bungalow.. Everything we needed was at the property. Including Wifi and Netflix. It was like home from home. It only takes 30 mins to Anglesey and 15 mins to Llandudno. A few minutes to Tesco add a couple more to the beach. Where you can walk and cycle, for miles, on a purpose built track. We were sad to leave the bungalow. It was so nice. We would recommend a stay there as the perfect location for visiting North Wales.

Ideal for visiting the North Wales area. The bungalow is homely, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were made very welcome, and the key-holder was helpful and informative about good pubs and restaurants. It's in a quiet location, handy for the coastal resorts. Would definitely recommend.

Returned from a short break, at Breve Rest, yesterday. I have never written a review before about anywhere but we felt as though we should share this place with everyone. Breve Rest, a beautifully appointed bungalow, is well situated on a very quiet estate on the outskirts of Abergele, within very easy reach of all the town has to offer. The bungalow is disabled friendly, which suited both my wife and my father, with handrails all around the property, walk in shower of above average size and many other considerations. The kitchen is very well appointed and extremely clean, as is the whole of the property. There are TV's in every room with a DVD library and CDs. All in all we felt extremely comfortable whilst here and will definitely return. We have already recommended it to many of our friends and family and would definitely recommend it to anyone else
