Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of CDs, books and games. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom. To the outside there is a private garden with shared access to 35 acres of land with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, along with a hot tub and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Trawsnant Cottage is a great choice at any time of year. Note: EV charging is strictly prohibited. Note: No children under 8.

This quiet Welsh village has a welcoming pub and a very well stocked local shop that are the heart of this agricultural community. A very popular walking and cycling area, there are trails right from the doorstep, with fishing and golf close by too. Visitors can spend wonderful days exploring the old drovers’ routes from the market town of Tregaron up into the Cambrian Mountains, discovering gems of local craftsmanship in the Welsh Gold Centre or maybe catch the annual trotting harness racing. With the beaches, coves and dramatic clifftop coastal path of the scenic coastline just a short drive away, and the vibrant towns of Aberaeron and Aberystwyth too, this is the perfect base for a holiday all year round.
