Having never been to Wales we decided to stay at this house as it ticked all the boxes. The house was built in 2016 and is situated in a very tranquil setting. The house is in a valley of mountains with an abundance of trees and a clear flowing river to complete the picture.
The house sleeps 6 and has a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining area, family bathroom with shower and bath. A utility room (washer & dryer) that connects to a downstairs toilet and shower and to the rear door that takes you directly to the LA Spa hot tub, my wife and daughters spent many hours in the hot tub. LED lighting and the variable jets were a huge bonus, the hot tub is positioned under a large wooden pagoda with a planted roof which looks out to the river and the mountains beyond. Amazing to say the least.
The house features underfloor heated oak flooring. A nice television can be found in the lounge, another in the kitchen and one more television in the master bedroom. Radiators are also used to heat the house. The wood burner can also be lit if you wish, wood, firefighters and matches are provided at no extra cost, perfect for those autumn/winter evenings.
A large patio table and chairs can be found on the large patio area as can a small BBQ. Outside lighting completes the patio area.
All of the rooms are large and finished to a good specification.
The hot tub chemical levels are checked every 2 or 3 days, a technician also visits on a Friday.
The house was spotlessly clean , bedding and towels are supplied as is an ironing board and iron.
If you are looking for a house that has it all, then look no further.
Thank you to Janine for making us feel very welcome, it's nice to have someone to contact on a daily basis if needed.
