It's just half a mile from Historic Park City and minutes from two ski resorts – best of all, this home is on the free shuttle route, so getting around is a breeze. When you’re not on the slopes, there’s a hot tub to relax in, and a deck that boasts views of Old Town. Inside, beneath vaulted ceilings, you'll find a gourmet kitchen and a fireplace. There’s also a kids’ den and a games room – what more could you ask for?

Home truths:
*There’s parking for three cars here, with two in the private garage and one on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted here. The driveway is steep, so 4WD vehicles are recommended in winter.
*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a daybed in bedroom two.
*The single beds in bedroom three are accessible via ladders.
*This home is spread over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*Your host provides a complimentary starter pack of amenities, including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, toiletries, and basic condiments.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
