Set slopeside in an exclusive community at Canyons Village, this sleek hideaway stretches across two levels. The location is unbeatable – you can ski straight from the back door, while the village’s shops, dining and après spots are an easy walk away. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the private hot tub or head to the shared clubhouse, complete with a heated pool, spa facilities and gym. Downstairs, a relaxed family room boasts sofas, TV and double-over-double bunk beds that can be closed off with sliding doors – best suited to children and teens. During winter, the Canyons Village Connect shuttle makes hitting the slopes as easy as can be.

Home truths:
*The home comes with one assigned space in the communal underground garage, which is located off to the right of the elevator access door. Guest parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not permitted on the street year-round.
*You'll have access to the on-site clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fitness centre, steam room, sauna and games room here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
