Holiday Rental Description

This Kimball Junction townhouse is mountain living at its best. Close to Redstone's restaurants, Park City's Old Town, and the area's world-class ski resorts, there's something here for everyone no matter the season. And, of course, there's plenty to enjoy back home. The living space was made for post-slope hangouts in front of the fire. Outside, a private hot tub invites you to unwind in style (the outdoor TV is a nice touch), while the garage boasts a ping pong table when the mood strikes for a game. You'll also have access to the communal fitness centre, basketball court, and seasonal swimming pool.

*You'll have access to the neighbourhood's communal swimming pool (open seasonally), fitness centre, and outdoor recreation spaces. They're shared with other residents.
*There's parking for one car in the heated garage, and space for two cars on the driveway. There's also bike storage in the garage. While there's an electric charging outlet here, no parking cord is provided.
*A nearby shuttle stop provides free transport around the area if you'd rather not drive.
*Please note that there's a door camera on the garage door, and another camera facing the driveway.
*Your host provides a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, toiletries, and more. The nearest grocery store is a short drive away, where you can stock up on supplies.
