This tiny home is perfect for those seeking a quirky base for exploring southern Utah. It’s in the small town of Apple Valley, a quiet spot with no light pollution, close to Zion National Park. There are excellent hiking, biking, and ATV trails nearby – this tranquil setting offers an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. You won’t be out in the wilderness, though, as this home sits on a 5-acre estate with other tiny homes. Little ones can play in the playground while grown-ups cook on the barbecue ahead of an evening of stargazing from the rooftop terrace.

*This home is part of a resort with several other tiny homes on the 5-acre property. Some guests felt that the homes were a bit too close together.
*There are two parking spaces here. There’s an EV charger, too.
*There are ladders and stairs to climb to reach the loft sleeping spaces, so this home may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*The loft sleeping spaces have low ceilings and limited space.
*The water in the homes has a sulphur taste and smell, so it's recommended that you bring your own drinking water.
