Unsurprisingly, the views are the biggest highlight, especially those from the private plunge pool and deck. And the interiors don't disappoint either. A large living area with sky-high windows invites you to kick back with your nearest and dearest. Travelling with teens? The fourth bedroom, situated in a loft above the garage, gives them a space of their own. Factor in the proximity to the beach – just a ten-minute stroll away – and we think this home ticks all the boxes.
