This Kiawah Island retreat gives you direct beach access via your own boardwalk, so the sand and surf are basically at your doorstep. You've also got shops, cafes, and restaurants a fifteen-minute drive away. At home, there’s a heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi, plus an outdoor kitchen and wraparound porches – perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the main living spaces are on the first floor, so whether you’re cooking, dining, or just unwinding, the ocean is always in view.

*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway and two cars in the garage.
*One of the bedrooms has a trundle bed that pulls out to sleep up to two people.
*Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*While this home does have a lift, it doesn't go all the way up to the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach this level.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*The fireplace is not available for guest use.
