*The grounds are currently undergoing maintenance and landscaping improvements from January 5th 2026 through to mid-March 2026. You may notice workers and some temporary noise during this period.
*Guests have access to the large community pool as well as private access to the beach.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
