In between Harbour Town and South Beach on Hilton Head Island, this home epitomises holiday living with beach vibes abound thanks to the spot's whiteboard walls and maritime-themed furnishings. We particularly love the generous amount of social space; there's a double-volume living room and myriad of areas for guests to gather. Dinner can be eaten inside or out – on the large dining table underneath an artisanal light fitting or seated at the casual deck furniture across the patio. The kidney-shaped pool in the back garden is ready for cooling off from the heat – your hosts have even left you some colourful floats for guests both young and old – we're not ones to judge.

*The second and third bedroom both have two full-size beds, so more than two guests could stay in each room, however, your host has limited the total capacity to eight guests to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone
*The pool is not fenced, so keep an eye on small children

*Although this home features stairs, the master suite is on the ground level
