Beach days come easily here – South Beach is just a ten-minute wander away. Inside, it has a bright, homely feel, with two separate living areas so everyone can spread out, plus a bunk room that's perfect for children. Outside, tropical gardens set the scene for poolside afternoons, grilling and long evenings under the palms. And with hiking paths, tennis and pickleball courts, cafes, restaurants and a communal playground all within walking distance, there's little need to plan – it's all right there.

Home truths:
*The fourth bedroom features two queen-sized beds and two sets of bunk beds, each with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. It's not the most private set-up but ideal for families or children.
*While the home can sleep up to eighteen people, with two guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
