Tucked away in Hilton Head's Sea Pines neighbourhood, this home overlooks the resort's golf course. Although the beach isn't within walking distance, a free trolley stop nearby makes getting to South Beach, Harbour Town, and the beach club easy. Plus, with a private pool, saltwater hot tub, and patio perfect for barbecues at your disposal, you'll still be able to make the most of the sunshine. Inside, a chef-style kitchen and a large living space are where you'll do most of your socialising – when you're not hanging out in the garden, that is.

Home truths:
*The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. These have a double bed on the bottom, with a single bed on top.
*The second bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style. There's en-suite access from the second bedroom and the room with bunk beds.
*The beach isn't within walking distance, but a free trolley service runs to Harbour Town and South Beach.
*Please note that the neighbouring home is undergoing renovation to add a second storey. While work is limited to daytime hours, you may notice some construction and noise during your stay.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
