Holiday Rental Description

Whether you’re planning a fun family gathering or a low-key retreat, this home sets the tone for a magical coastal break. Consisting of two separate villas, there’s an abundance of socialising space as well as plenty of cosy nooks for relaxing. All of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and there are terraces for leisurely drinks. You’ll also have access to the resort swimming pools, fitness centre and playground. The beach is just a short walk away and the restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza are just across the street.

Home truths:
*Construction work is ongoing in the resort from the 2nd of September 2025 to the 30th of April. 2026. This home will be directly affected until the 19th January, 2026. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*Please note this home consists of two separate villas with separate entrances.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the first bedroom and two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the fourth bedroom.
*This home is located in a private resort with two communal pools, a children's pool, a fitness centre and landscaped gardens.
*The indoor swimming pool is currently out of service and will remain unavailable until further notice.
*Covered parking is available here.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
