Two acres of woodland surround this contemporary cabin. Custom-built by your hosts, their attention to detail is exceptional. The loft will be a favourite, where you can admire the ridgeline views while playing pool. There's also a wet bar, a record player (their taste in music is just as delightful as their taste in design), and a collection of books to make cosy nights at home even better. Outside, you'll find a grill for summer barbecues and a campfire perfect for toasting marshmallows. Jim Thorpe's shops, eateries, and sightseeing opportunities are a fifteen-minute drive away. Or lace up your boots for a hike – your host is happy to share his favourite trails.

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome as long as they stay on a leash. Cats aren't allowed.
*You'll need a car in this area. An SUV or 4x4 is recommended, as it's a 2-mile dirt and gravel road to the cabin. During the winter, AWD vehicles are strongly advised.
*Though your host will accept children and babies, this home isn't childproof. There are hard surfaces, glass windows, and open-tread stairs here. If you do plan on travelling with little ones, you'll need to bring your own equipment – including child-friendly utensils.
*Given the rural location, expect to see wildlife (including bears).
*This cabin has a septic system, so please don't flush anything other than toilet paper.
