There’s also a fire-pit and a grill for slow evenings under the stars. Inside, the rooms offer a peaceful sanctuary with all the essentials you could need for a laidback break. And when it comes to explorations further afield, it’s less than twenty minutes to Pikes Beach, while Westhampton Beach and the nearest amenities are just ten minutes away.Home truths:
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed.
*Please note the pool and hot tub are available for use from May to September.
*Complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot for free on request.
*The host kindly asks guests to observe quiet hours are from 9pm to 6am.
*Parties and events of any kind are not allowed without prior written approval from the host.
*The host also asks guests not to wear shoes in the house.
*Hot tub maintenance takes place every Thursday and pool maintenance takes place every Friday.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
