This house on Hawaii’s Kohala Coast is a great base for taking it easy. Two of the island’s best beaches are a short drive away (Mauna Kea and Hapuna), and the resort swimming pools are perfect for relaxing closer to home. We love how the living space leads to the palm-fringed lanai – ideal for barbecues, cocktails, and slow afternoons with a good book. The bedrooms open to the outdoors too, so you can wake up to tropical sunshine and the ocean breeze. There’s also a sofa bed, giving your group extra room to get comfy.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The twin beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to form a super-king bed on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby monitors, and other children's equipment for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Your host provides six complimentary resort passes for you to use during your stay, which give you access to swimming pools, waterslides, a hot tub, and a saltwater lagoon. These amenities are shared with the resort's other residents and children under 5 won't need a resort pass.
*Your host also provides chairs, games, snorkels, and other beach equipment, along with bicycles to use during your stay.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking is available and your resort pass includes parking validation for one vehicle.
