Front-row seats to the Gulf and sunsets that genuinely stop you mid-sentence – this third-floor condo is all about the view. Step inside and you’re met with rotunda windows framing dunes and open water, flooding the living space with light. The palette is soft and coastal, letting the scenery do the talking. Evenings are best spent on the balcony, drink in hand, watching the sky turn from gold to deep blue. The kitchen is sleek and sociable, with granite counters, stainless appliances and a generous island for slow breakfasts or laid-back dinners. Each of the three bedrooms faces the water, including a serene primary suite with a soaking tub and separate shower. With private pool access and a dedicated beach walkover, it’s an easy, elegant base for unhurried seaside days.

*Parking is available for up to two vehicles. There is one deeded garage space and one additional first-come, first-served space.

*The condo does not include access to the WaterSound Beach Club. The club is members-only and day passes are not available.

*Construction work may be ongoing in the building, and guests should be prepared for possible noise or materials onsite during their stay.

*An elevator runs from the ground-floor garage to the third floor, with a short walk to the condo entrance.

*Beach and pool towels are not provided – guests are recommended to bring their own, as bath towels may not be removed from the unit.
