Less than a 20-minute drive from Disney, this Orlando resort home is made for families who want the magic close by. Inside, it's packed with entertainment – from the private cinema with arcade games, to the loft room with karaoke and a mini jungle gym for little ones. Speaking of which, they'll love the themed bedrooms featuring life-sized princesses and superheroes. As well as your own private pool with spillover spa, you'll also have access to the resort's splash parks, water slides, sports courts and dining. Universal and SeaWorld are both nearby, too. If you don't mind hiring a car, it's the perfect base for adventures.

Home truths:
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway, with provided parking passes placed in the windshields.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, baby safety gates and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*You'll have access to the resort's clubhouse, splash parks with water slides, heated pool, volleyball and basketball courts, football fields, gym, teen centre and restaurant here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. Three of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom that's accessible from both rooms.
*Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
