There's a lot to love about this Florida home. Firstly, there's the large garden with its very own saltwater swimming pool plus multi-coloured sports courts for friendly matches of pickleball, tennis and football. There's plenty of outdoor seating areas, including loungers for soaking up the sunshine and a fire pit for roasting s'mores. Inside is just as roomy with an open plan living and dining area that's perfect for families and groups of friends to gather. The real showstopper, however, is the games room with a bar area, pool table and karaoke machine.Home truths:
*The saltwater swimming pool is not heated but the heating can be turned on with 48 hours notice.
