Description
Recently refurbished to a very high standard, this authentic southern Californian home boasts classic Spanish Colonial architectural features, like the low-pitched red tile roof, arched windows and painted tiles. Step inside and guests will find a bright and airy home with a modern design scheme. Guests who want a personal experience will want to look elsewhere, as this is a rental unit. What this home lacks in character, however, it more than makes up for with the outstanding outdoor space.
Home truths: *The large window facing the street does not have any curtains or blinds, so guests may feel a lack of privacy (although it is set back from the road)
*When we visited, there was some remodelling going on next door
*The outdoor space is shared with the upper unit
*There are two bathrooms between three bedrooms, so guests will need to share
*We wouldn’t recommend cooking a large meal in the small-ish kitchen
*There are no TVs in the bedrooms
