We think you’ll spend your time in the garden, making the most of the private pool, hot tub and putting green. There are multiple areas for lounging as well as a fire pit for keeping warm while chatting into the evening. Step outside the front door, and you’ll find yourself footsteps from a communal park with a playground and volleyball courts. If you’re keen to explore further afield, the lively heart of Phoenix is a short drive away.


Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the main bedroom.
*We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking for two cars is available in the garage, and two cars on the driveway. Please note, street parking is prohibited.
*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a travel cot upon request.
*Please be mindful of noise levels between 10pm and 7am.
*Your host provides a complimentary starter pack of amenities, including paper towels, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags and soap. For top-ups, the nearest supermarket is a ten-minute drive away.
