Opale 4 is a comfortable apartment, approximately 50m2, living room with fitted kitchen and sofa bed, double bedroom + bunk beds, numerous cupboards, good general condition, on the ground floor of a small building, southern exposure with terrace, very well located :100m from the train access to the slopes, 500m from the children's slopes, toboggans and games, near the center of the resort and shops.

Beautiful location, cozy , and clean. One stop above the main town town at roche grise station. Directly across from the sports center and the children's sleigh area. A short 5 minute down hill walk to the esf ski school at palace. A little difficult to return at night after 7 because the train has stopped and it's an uphill walk with two toddlers... but for older children it should be OK. They loved the proximity to the sleigh area.

Top location near the train for the ascent. A few minutes' walk to the center and its own small beginner's slope right in front of the house - TOP - actually, because the apartment is getting on in years. The new bathroom may be a great eye-catcher. But the kitchen no longer meets today's needs. In addition, the whole apartment was dirty. Dust, cobwebs and drains that haven't been cleaned in a long time. A company even had to come to us to open the drains again

frankly disappointed ... the apartment is not pretty it is very old at the same price I go to a nice hotel. It's not very cocooning. That's a shame .

Rental for the second consecutive year. The bedroom door sticking on the floor and the defective kitchen drawer ball bearing had been reported last year. Too bad these two minor repairs were not made!
