The apartment met our needs. Large, nicely furnished and practical. We traveled with children (7 and 9 years old). The walking distance to the cable cars or the nearest bus station is about 15 minutes.

We enjoyed the stay for our family of 4. There was plenty of space and a well appointed kitchen. The laundry room is shared in the basement, but I never had an issue using it when I needed to. We had a little problem with the internet not working, but it was fixed promptly, even on a day when the rental office was closed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great apartment with Matterhorn view. It is spacious and practical. Balcony with table for 4-5 guests very sunny. We regret the poor quality of the foam mattresses in the master bedroom. One or even two additional pans of larger capacity would be desirable.

The apartment on the slope offers a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The premises are well and appropriately furnished/equipped. Only criticism: the floor didn't seem to have been wet cleaned.

The holiday apartment in Haus Susanna offers a lot of space, great facilities and a great view of the Matterhorn. Overall highly recommended. Only the TV couldn't be put into operation - but that was just a small thing

Everything is good the view, the accommodation, the management by the agency. However, we found the kitchen equipment a bit basic. We suggest adding: pie plate, filter coffee maker, salad service, serving dishes, salt shaker, pepper mill, hook for kitchen linen. Also impossible to turn on the TV. Provide a notice if possible in French, at least in English.

2 baths and 2 bedrooms but unusual and impractical floor plan. Furnishings technically in order and not very old but more practical than particularly stylish. Ok if you don't have any special requirements.

Very nice, large, modern and stylishly furnished apartment with a separate bathroom in the large bedroom. Only the children's room was a bit cramped (clearly visible in the pictures). About 10 minutes walk from the center, in a quiet location. Everything worked perfectly.
