The furnishings and size of the apartment are very good. The sauna is also nice. Unfortunately, the apartment is very dark and the terrace is unattractive. The kitchen furniture could be renewed for a so-called luxury apartment and the equipment (cutlery, etc.) should also be checked to ensure it is complete. A coat of paint on the walls would also be appropriate.

The stay, including directions and key handover, was uncomplicated despite the late arrival. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has self-controlled underfloor heating. Unfortunately, the apartment was very cold when we arrived in mid-November, as it had apparently not been rented out for a while. It took a little longer until the walls were finally heated up to a comfortable temperature. The wellness area is Finnish, with a steam sauna and fresh air area.

Zermatt is a very nice romantic place for everyone and it has a special location, in the Alps valley. The Apartment Rütschi***** is new looking house with excellent location. It is very quiet und close to the centre. Everything was perfect about the apartment.

- very well equipped studio - clean studio - nice bathroom and nice living room - mattress of one bed forms to the body (not usual) - the patio doesn't get a single ray of sunshine all day in April because a building is not visible on photos directly in front of the Sun stands all day - key handover for late arrival did not work (global hotline someone sent us after 30 minutes)

Beautiful apartment with a pleasant size, high-quality furnishings and plenty of storage space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and in good condition. The ski room in the house (with shoe warmers) and the good location were ideal for us. Due to the proximity to the neighboring house, we lacked a bit of the view of the surroundings, respectively. the sky.

Very well located with close amenities. Only downside, the cleanliness of the bed linen leaves something to be desired (presence of hair and hair on sheets which were supposed to be clean)... Otherwise very nice apartment full of charm in a recent building

Despite difficult circumstances, we were able to spend a great week in Zermatt thanks to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and functional and the location is perfect. Only the little daylight and no view of the sky, we didn't like the nature and so we wouldn't rent the apartment a second time.

Facilities are good excep the hard and complex door key. Small items are supplied well. A large TV, DVD player are good. A little far from the railway station. MIcrowave is desired in the kitchen. Bath is equipped with a jagzy that does not work. Near tables there are no electlic outlet.
