Residence "Zodiaque", 4 storeys. In the district of Pont de Pierre, 1.8 km from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m, thermal baths 900 m. Skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.8 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Old but functional. Very calm. Damage to the lingering smell inside the accommodation. Previous tenants left dirty dishes, that's not cool. The balcony was not cleaned. Otherwise at the quality - price level, it is quite fair. Nice to have the car in the garage.

- Difficult access in winter by car without chains (very steep slope in front of the house) - Dirty toilets - Broken bulbs - Dirty fridge - Grease hood filter - No Wifi access - Heating either too hot or too cold (incorrectly programmed regulator) - The dirty bedroom walls, dirty carpets

+ Balcony, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, garage parking space - not centrally located, no lift, crockery rather sparsely available, defective light bulbs on arrival, could have been cleaner, bed duvets rather impractical, mattresses rather saggy

The apartment is impeccably furnished and well located. Unfortunately, despite the note that it was a non-smoking apartment, it smelled of smoke, so we had to wash all our clothes. Otherwise everything was great including the underground parking space.
