Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Some renovations should be considered

Spacious apartment (190m2) in a quiet location. Good access to the ski bus and the village center. Private parking space in the garage. However, the building and apartment are showing their age. The broken elevator (not mentioned in the listing) was a particular drawback, as the apartment is on the 5th floor. The refrigerator no longer closes and urgently needs to be replaced.
