Very nice chalet, well-appointed interior, enough space not to be on top of each other. Small downside: the entrance on the stones and the outside stairs without handrail, not suitable for people with reduced mobility and not too much room for children's games.

Unusable umbrellas, fortunately very responsive and helpful interhome staff found us an umbrella, worn, dirty outdoor white chairs, unable to take advantage of the outdoor area at the bottom of the chalet because of a strong smell, moldy shower curtain. Mattress without mattress pad and stained. Very knowledgeable staff took note of all these issues. Thank you for your welcome and availability

Being woken up at 7:45 a.m. by an excavator right next to hell, too bad we didn't know there was work going on, it's not the first time we've been there but a little disappointed, the top clean on the other hand the down hair in the bathtub and all the little things too bad that the cleaning is not equal to the 2 floors, otherwise it is well placed, if its 2 things are not there, it is well located for children the top we can leave them on the gravel side to play, water another too dangerous for little ones.

Super agency we saw a problem when we arrived, they all immediately did what was necessary, the only small black point, I find the rocky side super on the other side too dangerous for small children is not secure enough, but otherwise it's is a super chalet in a quiet location near the top promenade

Basically very satisfied. It was unclear that the keys had to be picked up at Interhome. Certain clothes/jacket racks fell apart. There was also no room or storage space for ski equipment (wet is certainly not good for the parquet floor). We rated the cleanliness as poor. Leftovers came out from under the sofa and there was dust under the beds. We first had to empty the vacuum cleaner by hand because it no longer had any suction power.

The chalet is functional, the interhome staff very pleasant and responds favorably to requests (there was no toaster in the chalet, we got a new one immediately) We were delighted with the welcome and the benevolence of the merchants and inhabitants of the resort (in France, we are sometimes used to more harshness...)

Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment. Plenty of space due to the well-thought-out design of the house. The ladies at the Interhome office were very pleasant and accommodating. It's just a shame that it's so far from the Czech Republic, we would do it again right away.
