Beautiful apartment, central and quiet location. Parking. Downside: noisy dog on the ground floor, insufficient cookware (2 pots and 1 frying pan in good condition and compatible with vitroceramic; even for 2 people = insufficient), defective mixer, 4 out of 6 frying pans in the raclette machine are scratched and rusty, not 1 bowl or dish (cereals, soup, dessert, aperitif, ....), the oven was dirty. Would be appreciated: 2 comfortable terrace armchairs (only 1 sunbed available and not 2 as advertised.

Good apartment surface, clean and well located. Very humid cellar. A lot of stored equipment lacks space for bicycles for example.
