The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Torrent cable car. Residence "Ringstrasse (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 20 m from the skiing area. In the house: bar, lounge, table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, public car park at 50 m, extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths 300 m. Tennis 500 m, cable car, skisport facilities, slopes 20 m, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leukerbad Torrent. Hiking paths: Gemmi 1 km. The house is located on the southwest wooded slope, directly next to the Torrent cable car. Only a small staircase separates the house from the station downstream. Parking: winter: parking space for 35CHF / week, box (garage) for 70CHF / week, summer: free parking place, box (garage) for 35CHF / week. The rental includes the "Leukerbad Plus Card". It offers free use of the "Ringjet" bus, free access to the beginners ski area "Snowpark Sportarena (Erli)", free access to the sports center (badminton, tennis, squash, billiards, table, ice skating, football, futsal, mini golf, etc.), 15% discount on the purchase price of a ski pass and swimming. And 10% discount on subscriptions and pass to access the thermal baths and take the mountain trains.

The apartment is very good for 2 people without having to put the cupboard beds. It is well equipped with a comfortable seating area. The situation is very close to the cable car which is an advantage for going skiing. The small kitchen is well equipped, although there is no raclette oven or utensils for making a fondue. They can easily be obtained from the concierge who is always very friendly and at our service. We will gladly come back another time

Value for money is right thanks to the good service at reception. the apartment is unfortunately a bit old, sofa, tables, beds, etc. but for a week's vacation it is because everything was clean and functional. Only the lamps had too little light (energy saving lamps, etc.) Great location, we felt comfortable overall.

The apartment is very conveniently located and very well equipped. All you have to do is climb a flight of stairs to get to the Torrentbahn, and it's not far to the thermal baths either. The only disadvantage of the apartment is the storage space, which is a bit tight for a family in winter, especially since some cupboards in the kitchen, bathroom and entrance area are occupied by the owners. Apart from that, nothing is missing, the ping-pong room and the ski cellar are also practical.
