In the district of Vermala, on the outskirts, 1.7 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, elevated position, 1.1 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: natural state property 1'273 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Motor access (ramp). Single garage. Shop 1.7 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Vermala Centre" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km, skisport facilities 1.1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lac Grenon 1.5 km, Etang Long 2.9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

The apartment promises what is advertised. Very nicely furnished. Only when it snows does the snow remain on the upper balcony and then it drips down and you can no longer sit on the balcony, which is a shame.

Very negative point: We had to wait 1h45 in the cold (it was freezing) before the cleaning lady brought us the entrance key (she had taken it home instead of leaving it in the box as agreed)!

- very spacious and sunny apartment - view on the mountains - well equipped kitchen - calm environment, but still close to the center (a bus stop nearby) - a bit pricey - the garage is very short (I believe around 4,5 m of length)

Beautiful apartment, well located and very pleasant to live in with a magnificent view. The kitchen is remarkably equipped. A few points of detail however: We had to vacuum the first day, because our clothes were covered with dog hair. The mixer is not suitable for the shower cubicle (especially for a large male build). Changing mixers is neither very expensive nor very complicated. Sometimes provide deep cleaning in nooks and dusty objects.

Accomodation was excellent. Large, bright, nice apartement, consists of two bed rooms and bathrooms, and large, nice room with outstanding view, living and dinnig areas and kitchen with all possible appliances. Everything is clean and quite new, heating excellent. Location is good - it is about a kilometer away from Montana, but on a walking distance from ski slopes and beautiful walkig trails. A garage is also provided.

Four of us have just spent a lovely 4 nights in this super apartment in Crans Montana. Exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable. Glorious views of the mountains and in a quiet location. Short car ride or shuttle bus to the town.
