Beautiful view of the greenery, comfortable. Furniture is very old. Very good location, quiet.

Nice setting, well located. However, the cleaning left something to be desired (floor, cobwebs) and the apartment smelled. Lack of outdoor equipment (chairs, parasol) and uncomfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Lack of pots and pans for the kitchen. Problematic for parking.
