One of the nicer apartments in Lago di Lugano. The only drawback is the unstable Wilan.

The apartment was in great condition but is north-east oriented and therefore has no sun at all. The pool would have been heated but it wasn't (19°). Too bad. Out of 4 nights, we were woken up 3 times around 08:30 by noise (renovation of room 301). That wasn't great at all.

The accommodation right on the lake was wonderful. With a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The building was unusual, an older building that used to be a hotel. The accommodation was too small for us 4 people. The bedroom had no window, only a ventilation gap to the kitchen, where the other bed was. That means zero privacy for everyone involved. The balcony has created a free space for us as a retreat. The new kitchen was great and the decor overall very nice.
