The house is clean and very quiet. However, the air conditioning included in the offer is missing. The replacement, a portable unit, delivered on the fourth day of the holiday, was unusable. The stairs to the second bedroom are very narrow and steep (formerly the basement entrance) and a real adventure with luggage. The parasol on the terrace falls over at the slightest gust of wind. The "beautiful garden" was not mowed and did not include any garden furniture.

The house is tastefully furnished. The terrace with the pool, overlooking the mountains and the lake, is fantastic. This house lacks nothing. We were very satisfied and would come back immediately. The only downside is the bedroom in the basement. The stairs are unfortunately very steep.
