+ Good place to stay for day trips. + Centrally located. Important places (shopping, bus stop, lake, piazza) can be reached on foot within a very short time. + Connection to public transport. + e-bike rental nearby. - View of the facade of the neighboring house. - Too small balcony for four people. - Noise level (traffic, refuse collection, construction site) from morning to night. - Not ideal parking (tip: book EHP immediately, not just before arrival).

Good and functional facilities; First of all the location is very good to reach everything. Garage space could be rented. The only drawback: the house is very badly soundproofed (earplugs!)

Apartment is well furnished, the handover was easy and hassle-free. All kitchen utensils available. A little noisy, balcony for 4 people very narrow.

Apartment clearly corresponded to the description; Furniture pulled through, consistent. Everything functional, not new, was not advertised as such. Ideal for families with children, great location, walk to the center. It's a pity that management doesn't replace defective bulbs; a short tour before new tenants move in, airing the apartment would help. Management very friendly, even with a mishap caused by us.

We liked it very much. Unfortunately, the parking spaces were already occupied. The parking possibilities in Ascona in the blue zone were very limited. For a parking space we had to use the 24h parking, which was very, very expensive.

We were there as a family and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely furnished the apartment was. We also liked the proximity to shopping facilities, the lake and the center.

The apartment is very cold, in the sense not warm. moreover, there are cobwebs on the ceiling. For the rest it's ok, but be careful no parking spaces available, we were advised to park in the blue zone or in the parking lot of a school because the risk of almond is low.

Overall, the apartment offers good value for money. Good location, quiet. The beds in the small bedroom are no longer optimal for adults (hang through).

We have been visiting Ascona in summer for a few years, the Casa Michele accommodation is a great place to stay! Very friendly lady at the secretariat! The apartment is practically furnished and nice and clean, centrally located, a short walk to the city center. Many thanks again this year to the Casa Michele team!

The value for money is not right at all. Bathroom very old, kitchen very small for 4-6 people. Not everyone can sit on the balcony because it's too narrow.
