The apartment is very well located; the promenade, bus stop and shops are within easy and quick walking distance. Well equipped and spacious. The house is a bit noisy.

Ms. F. was received very nicely. The apartment is a bit older and you could renovate the parquet floor in the living room (sand) the cleaning staff would thank you. The windows are very difficult to close. on the 5m2 balcony there is a table and 6 chairs... with 2 chairs you would have a little more space.

The apartment is very cold/many outside walls/entrance door not sealed/draft in the apartment/doors in the stairwell always open/constant draft/not very environmentally friendly/box door in the double bedroom loses panel the first time it is pushed open, box under the sink loses the back wall/light cover falls off the bathroom cabinet off when using the socket/the kitchen is so small that hardly 2 people can stay in it/small folding table with 2 mini pieces of washing machine?

Pros: The size of the apartment was perfect for a family with teenagers. Everything worked (kitchen appliances, TV, WLAN, etc.) Negative: not enough cutlery for 5 people. not enough kitchen cutlery. In the smaller room with two single beds, there was mold under the window sill.

The property is within walking distance to shopping and attractions. The key handover worked perfectly. Although there are no parking spaces in front of the house, it is possible to park in a nearby underground car park for a fee. The apartment was very clean and appropriately furnished.

Quiet location and yet central. Bus stop, restaurant, bakery, Migros, Coop, beach promenade and lido can all be reached in less than 10 minutes. Handing over and delivery went smoothly. Maybe air conditioning should be considered in the next few years!

Location is great. Close to the center but still quiet. Beds were great. The exception is unfortunately the sofa bed. Two people lie with a hollow back. Folded up for one person OK.

There is nothing wrong with the suitably equipped apartment. Unfortunately, we only found out by chance on the penultimate of 14 days of vacation that we were entitled to a guest card. As a result, we always paid the full price in the Lido and on numerous excursions. We were then informed that guests who ask for it will receive such a card. Very amazing and too bad there is a sour aftertaste.

A holiday apartment that actually has everything nearby: bus almost in front of the house, shops not far away and the lake is also just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is cozy and is equipped with the most important things. However, everyone has to bring their own good mood and joy in the wonderful landscape!!!
