We were in the apartment with our 2 children and our pet cat. Everything was clean and tidy. The room sizes were perfect. The view was magnificent. THE DOOR HANDLE ON THE TOILET DOOR COMES OUT WHEN YOU WANT TO CLOSE THE DOOR! The kitchen combination is built a bit poorly and the sofa is very uncomfortable. But everything was available: oil, spices, enough washing-up liquid, towels and rags, as well as enough garbage bags (not just one), cleaning products to leave things in order. The location is great, whether you are using public transport or by car.

A small public beach and the beginning of the promenade to Locarno with many nice restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Denner, Coop & Migros can also be reached on foot 5 minutes up the hill. Breakfast on the balcony is the perfect start to the day. Kitchen is spacious and well furnished. The view of the lake over the roofs and tracks is wonderful. The trains run more often, but due to the house in front of it and a wall, they hardly bother you. Other house parties are very quiet.

Positive: - Spacious - Clean - Parking available - Everything available Negative: - Ants in the apartment, in the kitchen, entrance area, living room and bathroom - Kitchen equipment old and not in good condition, e.g. broken cups - Noise from the street - Fridge and freezer were on display and freezer compartments had mold (was cleaned by the cleaning lady upon request)

A very clean and tidy apartment. Beds made, towels ready. With extras such as a large stock of toilet paper. Kitchen cabinet with spices and oil. A number of coffee cups so that we could immediately make a cup of coffee. All in all a pleasant surprise.
