The apartment with its seat is great and you feel very comfortable. The furnishings in the kitchen and seating area could be renewed a bit. But it's also going very well this way. Definitely been satisfied. Come again.

I stayed in this small and very comfortable apartment in Locarno, opposite the Lido. Excellent location. The service, cleanliness, order and quality of things was as described on the rental site. I'm very happy. Ideal place for a vacation alone or as a couple. It has a very well-kept garden on the ground floor. It is quiet and clean. I will return without a doubt. I would say that it only lacks WIFI to make it perfect. Thanks.

The apartment is small but functional and well furnished. Top location right by the Lido am See, with a nice seat. Highly recommended for 1-2 people.

customer service is super bad. No wifi, no welcome card despite paying the visitor's tax. Upon arrival there are piles of notes to note and fill out the checkout. A bottle of pro secco and the biscuits don't help either. I've been to the hotel several times in the past, but there was a very nice, competent lady at reception who welcomed the guests and was there to answer any questions. I only have to praise the cleaning team. Super clean.

Two of us stayed in this apartment for a week. Everything was great, the bed squeaked every time you moved a bit. We never cooked, the kitchen is very small. Every evening we walked comfortably to the front of the restaurants. It took us about 10-15 minutes.

We have been spending our holidays in the property for many years and are very satisfied. The negative is that there is no WiFi in the apartment. The transport connections are very good, the city bus runs every 30 minutes and stops almost in front of the house. Unfortunately, you don't get the Ticino ticket or other discounts for the means of transport. By car there are secret routes via Gudo, now almost everyone knows the navigation system. Here politics is required for a cheap ticket in the region

We have been using this property every year for over 10 years. It's a simple place to stay, has everything you need except wifi. It's good value for money. Unfortunately Ms. K., who looked after us very well in all cases, will stop this year. We would like to book for 2020, but unfortunately this is not possible because it is not known whether the individual apartments in this property will still be available in 2020. We hope that it will continue in 2020 and would book immediately

Unfortunately we had to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed for 6 (six) nights. Despite many unoccupied apartments we were not offered a replacement by the administrator!!!! Fridge needed 3 full days until satisfactory cooling performance was available!!!! No WLAN!!! No QR-CODE for Locarno/Ascona ticket in the house!!!

Ideal location just opposite the Lido. Studio simply furnished but it has everything you need. Bathroom/shower modern and clean. Kitchen small but functional. Beautiful, quiet location on weekends and public holidays, otherwise there is a major construction site nearby!

the building is located just in front of the swimming pool and superb balneo of locarno. bus to the center right next door (every hour). center reachable on foot by promenade along the lake. covered parking in front of the door. superb park very well maintained. large studio equipped with everything necessary. Impeccable linen provided and replaced.

The apartment is well located, short distance to the lake. The size of the studio is ideal for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Very friendly reception. It would be practical if W-LAN was available in the studio.
