Great apartment. Large, clean and everything you need is there. The location is ideal, close to the bus, center and lake. There is a hotel with a restaurant next door where one evening the guests were loud until around midnight, but it's only annoying if the windows are open.

Were that 3 times in the property in different apartments. Advantages: - location - price / performance Disadvantages: - ring hearing - the property is old - restaurant nearby (sometimes noisy)

there were two of us for 3 nights in the holiday accommodation + very spacious and good for our use (a lot on the road) + kitchen optimally equipped + very clean - unfortunately the mattress was uncomfortable (too soft for me) - last night from midnight it was very loud (Fr on Saturday night) - hardly possible to sleep soundproofed

Great location - in a few minutes you can walk to the Lido, Bagno Pubblico or the promenade. Shops just around the corner. Only the furnishing of the apartment is a bit 'old'. In the kitchen, covers were missing on the cupboards / extractor fan.

Comfortable and very well equipped apartment in the center of Ascona. Close to shops, Migros and bakery 100 meters away. The lake at 300 meters. Very well organized rental! The only downside is the noise, building not very well insulated but it's bearable.

Lake promenade, supermarket, osteria and bakery (open on Sundays until 12 p.m.) can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, so a great location. Quiet location, very good layout of the apartment, good service, everything worked out. We were even able to stay in the apartment until 6 p.m. on the day of departure. Good WiFi, could even borrow a hair dryer ;-)

Good value for money. The accommodation is spacious and well placed, also well heated. Convenient parking lot. The decoration has been redone and it feels good. However, it's still a building that's already quite a few years old and, for example, the bathroom is a bit dated and the soundproofing isn't fantastic, but that doesn't matter.
