The apartment offers a stunning view of Lake Maggiore. The complex is very well-maintained and exceptionally quiet. The swimming pool is rarely visited and is truly refreshing. The loungers on the pool terrace invite you to sunbathe, read, etc. The view from there is also stunning. Shopping facilities are available in nearby Ascona, and good restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away.

The apartment is really nice in terms of its location and amenities. The kitchen is a bit small, and unfortunately, it doesn't have a dishwasher.
