Was a very nice stay there. The apartment is very centrally located and everything you need is nearby, such as shopping, public transport, restaurants, the lake and a mini golf course. Check-in and check-out was very good, very friendly staff. The apartment was good too. Except for the kitchen, it was very old... It was difficult to open the fridge door, the dishwasher didn't take the tabs properly and the dishes weren't completely clean afterwards, and the steam vent let the air out at the top.

The apartment is well/stylishly furnished. However, you can hear the neighbors. The apartment got hot and there are mosquitoes. We were promised a parking space in the Migros garage 300 meters away (10 Fr./day). That was our condition for booking. When we arrived it was suddenly said that we can only have the parking space for 1 week, not 2. This caused us a bit of stomach ache for 3 days because the PP situation on the street and in the surrounding area is difficult. But then it could be fixed.

The apartment is not directly in the center and is still within walking distance for shopping, boutiques, restaurants and so on, also highly recommended for older people!

Friendly and competent greeting upon arrival. Everything available that is needed for a week. Central location. The first time in a holiday apartment and certainly not the last time. Better than in the hotel. Very quiet residential area. Gladly again.

Approx. 8 minutes walk to the beach promenade, good accessibility by public transport. Shops and restaurants nearby. Deaf apartment, but a good night's sleep was guaranteed.

Quiet location, not far from the center. Well suited for family. Cleanliness bathroom and floors left a lot to be desired. We walked around barefoot or in socks. Had black feet. Very friendly hostess. Parking at the house available.

The takeover process was very easy, even though I was a bit early. Thanks. Very clean and nicely furnished, kitchen functional with all utensils. It was also possible to get a garage space at short notice. The location is close to the center, close to the lake and also good shopping opportunities. I will come back.

Large living room and large bedroom with 1 wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers with 3 drawers but unfortunately the middle one does not fit. Functional kitchen but when you open the fridge door it also opens the bottom drawer and it is difficult to close the fridge (you have to lift the door a little) Only 2 French channels on the TV (Rts1 and 2) Cleanliness excellent.Bravo

Spacious 2 room apartment with balcony in a quiet area. Central location with shops within walking distance in the vicinity (200 ... 400 meters). The beach promenade and the Lido can also be reached on foot. Unfortunately, no parking space was available! Had to park the car 400 meters away in a car park (max 4 hours).

The apartment is functional, but rather gloomy and the lighting is insufficient. Reading in the living room is almost impossible. The house is older, very badly soundproofed! The hot water heater is very loud and annoying. Cleaning could be better.

The apartment has met our expectations. The quiet location and the proximity to the center of Ascona is great. The WiFi is poor in terms of signal strength. Nevertheless, this accommodation is recommended.
