The accommodation is in a top location. Service was excellent and friendly. Kitchen facilities were very spartan, only 3 pans for 6 people, no toaster, no kettle. TV with Swisscom channels was a plus. It was also a shame that there were no bedside lamps in the children's room.

We were surprised at how much space there was. Good soundproofing (important with a dog). We loved the washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice big balcony, only the table was a bit small. Well-equipped kitchen with various coffee machines. The frying pans, however, are crying out for replacement because they are badly scratched. The TV (Swisscom TV) was good in rainy weather. Overall, it was a great 14-day holiday. We would love to come back.

The location of the apartment is very good, the view from the terrace is beautiful. Customer service was good. Unfortunately, the apartment is not as expected: - very noisy - furnishings/furniture broken - kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired - light (bathroom, living room) does not work - smell in the apartment not very pleasant

Spacious for a maximum of 4 people, but the children's room is too small for 2 teenagers. Good, quiet location in Ascona. Garage, elevator, balcony etc. positive. small tech Fixed grievances in the apartment yourself! No toaster, too bad.

The apartment is spacious, including the balcony, appropriately furnished. The neighborhood is quiet. Lake and center can be reached on foot in a short time. Shops and bus stop nearby. A little more cutlery in the kitchen would be an advantage.
