The apartment is very nice and ideally located for our plans. The apartment itself is in overall poor condition in terms of condition and cleanliness. Subsequent rental only recommended after repair and thorough cleaning.

The apartment size is pleasant, everything is there. It's just not pretty or comfortable. It was nice for our family to have the large playground in sight.
